Vulcan Materials Company proposes new dredging in the Petaluma River for navigational access to the berth area adjacent to 210 Landing Way in Petaluma, California. The Commission, as the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, has prepared a draft Negative Declaration that is available for public comment beginning on June 11. Public comments are due by Monday, July 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
