Rincon Phase 2 Decommissioning Project

The Commission, as lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), has prepared a draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Rincon Phase 2 Decommissioning Project. The 60-day public review period will be March 15, 2024, through May 15, 2024. Comments are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2024. Commission staff will hold two public meeting sessions on May 2, 2024, to receive verbal and written comments on the draft EIR.
