This is the tenth biennial report to the California Legislature, and it summarizes California Marine Invasive Species Program activities from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2019.
Effective January 1, 2021, the Marine Invasive Species Program Annual Vessel Reporting Form (AVRF) is required to be submitted through the web-based platform, MISP.IO.
On December 15th, the MISP presented a webinar focused on the recently approved amendment to California’s biofouling regulations. These recent amendments require the Marine Invasive Species Program Annual Vessel Reporting Form (AVRF) to be submitted via the Commission’s web-based user interface, MISP.IO beginning on January 1, 2021. During the webinar, Commission staff demonstrated how to complete and submit an AVRF through MISP.IO.
