Notice of Emergency Rulemaking Action to Amend Article 4.7
Comments on the proposed emergency rulemaking action must be submitted directly to the Office of Administrative Law within five calendar days from when OAL posts the emergency regulation on its website: www.oal.ca.gov. Comments should be submitted to the OAL Reference Attorney by mail to 300 Capitol Mall, Suite 1250, Sacramento, California 95814, by fax to 916.323.6826, or by email to staff@oal.ca.gov. Please reference submitted comments as regarding “Emergency Rulemaking for Article 4.7 Performance Standards.” When submitting a comment on the emergency rulemaking action, a copy of the comment must also be submitted to cslc.regulations@slc.ca.gov.
