On August 27, 2020, the Commission and the City of Goleta will host a virtual Town Hall from 6 – 8 p.m. to update the public about the plug and abandonment work at Platform Holly and Piers 421. We will also update the public about the upcoming CEQA process to remove two shore zone piers.
