3. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR: Instructions to negotiator in Closed Session regarding amending lease of State tide and submerged lands, including extension of existing lease boundaries and installation of a new pipeline to serve existing Platform Holly, located offshore of the City of Goleta, Santa Barbara County, negotiating parties: Venoco, Inc. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR: Instructions to negotiator in Closed Session regarding entering into an agreement for enhanced oil recovery at the Wilmington Oil Field, City of Long Beach, Los Angeles County. THE COMMISSION MAY CONSIDER PENDING AND POSSIBLE LITIGATION PURSUANT TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS AND PRIVILEGES PROVIDED FOR IN GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 11126 (e).

1. THE COMMISSION MAY CONSIDER MATTERS THAT FALL UNDER GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 11126(e)(2)(A):

THE COMMISSION MAY CONSIDER MATTERS THAT FALL UNDER GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 11126 (c) (7) – TO PROVIDE DIRECTIONS TO ITS NEGOTIATORS REGARDING PRICE AND TERMS FOR LEASING OF REAL PROPERTY.
